Viewers witnessed Vice Ganda’s kindness again as she personally gave an additional P40,000 to the songbayanan of typhoon Karding survivors and rescuers on Saturday (November 12) in “Everybody, Sing!”

In the jackpot round, the songbayanan only got six correct answers that led them to earn P60,000. But Vice surprised them when she announced she’ll be adding P40,000 to their cash prize so they can take home P100,000.

She also thanked the songbayanan for sharing their stories of hope as they bounce back from a challenging year.

Since the first season of “Everybody, Sing,” Vice has been personally extending financial assistance to some contestants of the show.

Meanwhile on Sunday (November 13), the songbayanan of fisherfolks took home P40,000 after they answered four song titles correctly in the jackpot round.

The community singing also became extra special on Sunday when Klarisse de Guzman visited and participated as a singer in one of the rounds.

An original concept of ABS-CBN, “Everybody, Sing!” is a unique Filipino game show that aims to underscore the importance of bayanihan and teamwork in communities especially during this pandemic. The show has been nominated in the Venice TV Awards and Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2021.
