“Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11” finalist Kolette Madelo marks the beginning of her journey as a recording artist with her debut extended play (EP), “SAYAW.”

The five-track mini album conveys an inspiring message of how life can be compared to a dance, reflecting every step and beat encountered in life. Its tracks include “Galaw Galaw,” “Sayaw,” “Keep Up,” “Sasamahan Ka (Araw-Araw),” and “Our Love is Gone.”

The upbeat and groovy single “Galaw Galaw” serves as the EP’s key track, which invites listeners to dance through life’s hurdles. It was composed and produced by StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos.

Kolette’s first music offering topped the iTunes albums chart in the Philippines, Qatar, and UAE, while it reached the top 10 in Singapore and Saudi Arabia. The EP’s tracks also dominated the songs chart, occupying the top 5 of iTunes Philippines. It also debuted at no. 62 in the iTunes Worldwide Albums chart.

The new Kapamilya artist channeled her pop star persona at her recent sold-out album launch and fan meet titled “Call Me…Kolette” at SM North Edsa Skydome.
