This year’s Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards have captivated five prominent Filipino leaders from the top public relations firms in the Philippines to lead the judging panel for this prestigious 2024 international business award.

Vonj Tingson, the President and Chief Operations Officer of a renowned PR agency – PAGEONE Group, has been appointed to be the chair of the Corporate Communications/PR, Publications, Events, and Video Awards. He is credited with spearheading acclaimed campaigns that have garnered numerous local and international awards.

He has also been recognized as one of the top 25 innovators in PR and Communication in Asia Pacific. Tingson managed campaigns for top Philippine companies and multinational corporations in different business hubs nationwide. Furthermore, he handled international marketing and communication for famous global brands in key Asian consumer markets.

With his brilliant and excellent guidance, his network of agencies has won 11 Agency of the Year awards, was even recognized with a Hall of Fame award, and became the Best PR agency in Southeast Asia by various award-giving bodies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Canada.

PAGEONE Group still garners a remarkable collection of over 400 awards, solidifying its reputation as the agency of choice for numerous global brands and an industry thought leader.

Jocelyn Diga, the Strategic Communications Director of ReVerb Brand Communications Inc., has more than two decades of experience in internal, corporate, investor, and sustainability communications, business reporting, and integrated marketing communications.

Before becoming a part of ReVerb, she worked in various positions within major international companies together with the top conglomerate in the Philippines. Currently, she is in the process of completing her Master of Science program with a focus on Sustainability Management.

With her experiences, she was able to have outstanding recognition including ReVerb’s recognition as Anvil’s Agency of the Year in 2022.

Fritz Cruz, the Managing Director of BrandPlay Inc., was selected to serve as a judge in the same category due to his leadership role at a notable marketing communications firm specializing in delivering brand reputation campaigns to clients.

In tandem with this collaborative effort is the Vice President for Client Services Stratworks Inc., Robbie David, who made use of his experience both in public relations and advertising which orchestrated numerous award-winning creative campaigns across various industries such as telecommunications, banking, FMCG, retail, fast food to name a few.

David has been with Stratworks for 15 years, and is well-known for his calm, approachable nature, making him a valuable leader who shares his expertise in storytelling. He also offered significant perspectives in problem-solving to develop connections and present creative solutions to different clients.

To wrap up the Filipinos on the list is Ana Pista, the founder and CEO of Ardent Communications Inc., an innovative communication and PR service, that utilizes technology and strategic thinking to connect clients with stakeholders as they build relationships and achieve goals.

Pista believed that effective communication is essential for achieving business success. Leveraging over 20 years of top-tier PR experience, ArdentComm crafts powerful messages for big and small companies.

She also created a mark on her milestone by becoming the first-ever Filipino elected as a director of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management, the leading international body for the profession of public relations and communications. Moreover, Pista also became part of the country’s premiere organization for PR professionals – the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.

The committee were representatives from well-known universities and real estate management firms in the Philippines. In addition, there are respected professionals and notable figures from Singapore, Texas, Australia, and various other nations serving on the panel.
