The country’s longest-running singing competition “Tawag ng Tanghalan” opens its doors to past contestants as they pair up to win in “Tawag ng Tanghalan Duets.”

In “TNT Duets,” the duets will be judged as one, so they need to build teamwork and chemistry to win the hearts of hurados.

When it was launched on Monday (May 8), former “TNT 6” contestants Ryan Sabacco and Randolph Bundoc won over the tandem of Florinda Baconguis and Jeremy Miranda after receiving a total combined score of 91% with their version of “Iris.”

Aside from the spin-off of “TNT,” “It’s Showtime” also introduced its newest girl group, “Baby Dolls.”

Led by “Girl on Fire” grand winner Mary Delle Cascabel, Baby Dolls’ other members include former Girl on Fire contestants Chole Florendo, Kim Dueñas, Ina Ortega, Eriel Reyes, Arianne dela Cruz, and Jelai Ahamil plus Showtime Sexy Babe’s Juby Sabino and Johaira Moris.
