Former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates Emilio Daez and Kaori Oinuma topbill “Romance Reboot,” a story featuring young Filipinos chasing dreams and love abroad, premiering October 17 (Friday), 8 pm exclusively on iWant.

Shot in Sydney, Australia, and drawing from the realities of the overseas Filipino experience, the movie tackles the pursuit of dreams, the weight of missed opportunities, and the complexities of relationships among young Filipinos overseas.

Emilio plays Enzo, a struggling artist from a well-off family, while Kaori portrays Kai, a hardworking partner determined to find stability in both life and love.

Their already fragile relationship is shaken further with the arrival of McKenna, a humanoid AI companion portrayed by Kapamilya singer and actress Shanaia Gomez.

Directed by Jules Katanyag and written by Erwin Blanco and Trisha Mae Delez, the film explores the journey of young Filipinos striving for their dreams while navigating the challenges of love, sacrifice, and belonging in a life away from home.
