The Madlang Pipol are back in the studio! Almost three years since the pandemic hit the popular noontime show, It’s Showtime finally welcomed its audience back into its live studio once again.

This also marks the debut of ABS-CBN’s longtime-running noon program on TV5. The program opened with an explosive performance sequence with It’s Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Ryan Bang, Kim Chui, and many more. It also featured participation from the live audience as well as the Showtime dancers and XB GenSan.

The program hosts were all thankful to TV5 for opening its home to the Kapamilya noontime show, saying the partnership made the program reach a much wider audience.

“What’s up, Madlang Pipol, what’s up mga Kapatid!” Vice Ganda remarked, grateful for the new opportunity and wishing and praying for better days.

It’s Showtime’s return to a live studio was also warmly welcomed by the fans on social media. As of writing, the hashtag #ShowtimeLivesa5 topped the Twitter Philippines trending list.

It’s Showtime will be televised daily on TV5, A2Z, and Kapamilya Channel at 12:45 until 3 p.m. It will also be available on streaming sites like Kapamilya Online Live, ABS-CBN’s YouTube channel and Facebook page, as well as the iWantTFC app.
