Tongue twisters, you either love them or you hate them. Of course, you love the ones you can do and you hate the ones that no matter how slow you try to say them you still can’t say it! You may have heard a lot of English tongue twisters like “She sells seashells by the seashore” but Tagalog tongue twisters are a whole other level of difficulty. Here are some that you can practice, and show off once you’ve mastered them!

1. Pitongput pitong puting pating

If you can still talk after reading all of the tongue twisters, that is a huge accomplishment! A pro-tip to mastering the tongue twisters is to space out the words to syllables, say it very slowly then gradually increase the speed. The very small differences between the words make it THAT much harder. Luckily, practice makes perfect, and eventually, you can say the tongue twisters on the list with finesse.
