Aksyon Demokratiko standard-bearer Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Monday assured thousands of Antiqueños that if elected president, he will focus on the minimum basic needs of the people which include housing, health, education, and employment.
My fellow Antiqueños, I am now in forn of you asking for your help and support. Help your fellow Antiqueño, I will not fail you),” he said to an estimated 10,000 residents, mostly youth supporters and ordinary people, during his sortie at the Binirayan Stadium in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.
I will continue to explain to all of you that if you want peace of mind, after decades of misunderstandings between political parties, I am always available as that is my priority),” Domagoso said.
The 47-year-old presidential candidate also paid tribute to his late father, Joaquin Domagoso, who left Antique for Manila in the 1960s and worked as a stevedore in the port area.
The presidential aspirant said he is proud to be a Domagoso because it was from his father that he learned the value of hard work, persistence, and uprightness, qualities that brought him success in life. (PNA)
