The anchors of Radyo 630 and Teleradyo Serbisyo gathered together to celebrate their first year on the airwaves by giving back to the outpouring support of their audiences with free service initiatives in the “Puntahan ng Bayan: Nagkakaisa sa Pagseserbisyo” anniversary event, which happened at Market! Market! Activity Center.

Attendees got to bond with Radyo 630 news anchors and hosts, including Alvin Elchico, Doris Bigornia, Winnie Cordero, Tony Velasquez, Peter Musngi, Migs Bustos, DJ Jhai Ho, Ahwel Paz, and more; plus, witnessed surprise performances from Kapamilya artists Angeline Quinto and Khimo Gumatay, and laughs from comedian Pooh.

The anniversary event also featured various public service booths catered to the needs and well-being of the masses—setting up one-stop government agency stalls from PhilHealth, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Social Security System (SSS), PAG-IBIG, and TESDA, alongside free booths for medical check-ups, legal services, psychic reading, quick repairs, haircuts, and food stations, among others.

Media Serbisyo Production Corp. (MSPC) president Marah Capuyan thanked its avid listeners and viewers nationwide for supporting Radyo 630/Teleradyo Serbisyo’s programs and its cause of delivering timely news and information that matter. As Radyo 630 and Teleradyo Serbisyo mark their first year, Marah reiterated their cause as the “Puntahan ng Bayan” station and striving to serve its constituents better.

“We will continue to do better sa ating mga Ka-Serbisyo na patuloy nakikinig sa Radyo 630 at Teleradyo Serbisyo,” Marah said in an interview on “TV Patrol.”

Prior to the grand anniversary, Radyo 630 and Teleradyo Serbisyo held various public service efforts leading towards its culminating event, from its Mother’s Day initiative, Kumustahan ng Bayan, and 5-Day Rekorida, which featured educational discussions on timely topics and engaging activities.
