Belle Mariano finds healing, purpose, and determination in her latest EP “And Solemn,” which she unveiled in an album launch last Saturday (January 27) at the SM City North Edsa Skydome.

The EP contains five tracks including the key track “Nobody Else” composed by KZ Tandingan. It speaks about finding the right person and yearning to spend the rest of one’s life with them.

Other tracks included in the EP are “Walang Pake” composed by Trisha Denise, “Shot Me Right Through” composed by Angelica Tagadtad, “I Choose Me” composed by Anjila Lim, and her collaboration with Ben&Ben, “Autumn” composed by Paolo Benjamin G. Guico and Miguel Benjamin G. Guico which serves as a soundtrack for the hit series “Can’t Buy Me Love.” All of the tracks are produced by Belle and StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos.

“And Solemn” completes the Kapamilya singer-songwriter’s two-part album, with the first part “Somber” released in June 2023.

During “The Solemn Album Launch” event, Belle received the Lullaby Artist Award from Spotify.

She also expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to grow her love for music. “Creating music is a way for me to express myself, I saw it as an art, ang ganda niyang boses. Thank you so much sa lahat ng nagmamahal at sa lahat ng nagtatangkilik Filipino music, maraming-maraming salamat po.”

Among those who were present at the event were StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos, ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, ABS-CBN Music head Roxy Liquigan who announced that Belle will soon have a birthday concert.
